Construction sites and athletic fields can create a lot of dust and dirt in the air, which can lead to dirty logos on your windscreen, privacy screen, fence screens or site block fabric. This article is a simple “how to” clean your logos, fence murals, fence wraps and banners.
To clean your windscreen logos you’ll need to have water, a soft bristle brush (a push broom works well), and some mild dish soap.
1. Thoroughly wet the fence screen and logo area. If you have a spray nozzle, this step alone will remove a lot of dirt especially on fence murals and banners.
2. Add a small amount of mild dish soap to an inconspicuous area of the logo and test the brush to ensure that no ink is removed. We use inks that are designed to last 5 – 7 years outdoors for all of our logos, but different factors outside including weather can cause some logos to wear or age faster than others.
3. After your testing is successful, add soap to the rest of the logo and clean with your soft bristle brush.
4. Rinse and repeat as necessary.
This is an easy and effective way to keep your logos, fence murals and banners looking great. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
